Draft. These terms have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. They are published so that what we promise is visible, and so it can be checked against what the software does.
Unposed is operated by Mikkel Vejen, trading as Unposed, Hasselhaven 85, Lystrup, Denmark, a sole trader. Contact: [email protected].
Unposed reads information about your product, writes a plan for where to post it, and writes and generates social media posts for you to review. Unposed does not log in to your social accounts and does not post for you. Posts you choose to post are sent to you, on your phone or in your browser, ready for you to post yourself.
Unposed never publishes anything; you decide what to post, and you post it yourself. Unposed cannot tell whether what it writes is true, accurate, lawful, or suitable for your product, and it does not check. When you post one you are responsible for it as if you had written it, including anything it says about you, your product, other people or other products, and any rules of the platform you post it to. Read every post before you post it.
A new customer's first plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is taken at checkout, nothing is charged during the trial, and the plan's first payment is taken when it ends unless you cancel before then from Billing. One trial per person: we may refuse or end a trial taken with a throwaway address or as a second account.
Posts are generated by us and paid for in credits. A plan is paid for when you choose it. If you ask us within 14 days of your first payment, at [email protected], we refund that payment in full and close the plan. A paid plan refills your balance to the plan's monthly amount at the start of each billing period; unused credits are not removed, but a refill never raises your plan's credits above that amount. Credits you buy separately as a top-up are kept apart from your plan's credits, are used after them, and do not expire. A week is priced in credits before it is made and never costs more than that price; credits for posts that were not made, or for work that failed, are returned. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded as money. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and credits you have left remain usable.
The social accounts you post to are your own relationships, under their terms. We are not responsible for their charges, their availability, or decisions they make about your accounts, including a platform limiting or removing content or an account.
We may suspend an account that does any of these, and will tell you why.
What you put in and what Unposed makes for you is yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and send it to the services we use to write and draw it, only to run Unposed for you. We do not use it to train any model, and we do not sell it. Generated content may resemble content made for other people, because it is generated; we do not promise that any output is unique.
Unposed has three plans: Launch at $39 a month, Growth at $79 a month and Studio at $199 a month, or ten times the monthly price for a year. Early customers on Growth pay $49 a month for as long as they keep their subscription without a break, and anybody who subscribed at an earlier price keeps that price the same way. Prices do not include your AI provider's charges or any delivery service's charges, which those services bill you for themselves. We will tell you at least 30 days before changing the price of a subscription you already have.
You can cancel at any time. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then stops; nothing further is charged. If you are a consumer in the EU you also have the rights the law gives you, and nothing here takes them away.
You can delete your account in settings. Your account and every file belonging to it are deleted from our servers straight away, and this cannot be undone. Posts you have already posted stay on the platforms you posted them to; delete them there if you want them gone.
We do not promise that anything posted will be seen, liked, shared, or bring you customers. The plan is advice, written by software from what it could find, and it can be wrong.
We work to keep Unposed running, but it may be unavailable at times, and a post may not go out at the exact minute scheduled. We may change or stop features, and will tell you in advance of any change that takes away something you pay for.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from Unposed is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change applies. Continuing to use Unposed after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you can cancel.
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law where you live.
